Conehead Thyme Care
Thymbra spicata
A natural plant of the Eastern Mediterranean; it loves full sun and poor, rocky, calcareous soils. It is extremely tolerant of drought and heat. Its intensely aromatic leaves are used as a spice in the kitchen, and the flavor is at its best when it is grown in dry conditions.
